WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept several methods of payments. If you purchase items in the United States, we accept American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard and Visa. Alternate methods of payment include Apple Pay, and PayPal.
I’M HAVING ISSUES PURCHASING. WHAT DO I DO?
Occasionally our payment processor is unable to complete your purchase. This can be for a number of reasons, including an incorrect credit card number, insufficient funds, address format or zip code mismatch. Please review the card number you entered and the address details first and if those are correct, we recommend contacting the card-issuing bank. If you are still having issues, please contact us for additional assistance.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller - whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. If neither have occurred, simply tap the Cancel button on the Orders screen.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
While most orders are shipping on-time, due to COVID-19 and government restrictions, your order may experience some shipping and fulfillment delays. We appreciate your patience.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
If you’re using the logged onto the site, please tap on the Profile icon, then Orders to make sure your order was processed. If you see that it was, click Settings and Edit Profile to make sure we have your email address correct. You can also contact us for additional assistance.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Please note that we are unable to change a shipping address once the order has been placed. However, you may be able to cancel your order (within 3 hours of placing it and/or before it is confirmed by the seller, whichever comes first), and place the order again with the correct shipping address.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
Please check the Orders tab in your Profile to make sure your order was shipped. Please also check the tracking number and verify it was processed. If it was not, there may be an issue with the address provided. If the tracking status indicates your item was shipped, check the tracking number again to see where the order is currently located. If it was delivered and you still have not received your order or if you placed your order through the website, please contact us.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
Although we strongly discourage ourselves from canceling orders, there are some circumstances in which we are unable to complete orders.
MY ORDER WAS CANCELED. CAN I STILL BUY THE ITEM?
If your order is canceled, the item may still be available for purchase. Please contact us to be sure.
SALES TAX
Collection of sales tax happens when the items are shipped to applicable states affected by the Supreme Court decision and will continue to monitor additional states that may require sales tax collection.
Sales tax will apply based on a buyer’s shipping address rather than a buyer’s billing address.
Sales tax will apply to all purchases of taxable items for applicable states, even for current offers that are completed at a later time.
